Case Manager

Case Managers conduct home safety and patient assessments.  They provide oversight to our caregiving staff and work with families to design the client's plan of care. Case Managers are experienced care leaders that work to ensure clients receive the highest quality of care.


Our schedulers review each clients profile in detail. They match each client with a caregiver(s) that is best suited for optimal care. 


Our caregivers provide attentive, compassionate and loving care to our clients. They are trustworthy and professional individuals that connect with their clients' needs. Regular training keep our caregivers current and knowledgeable about various aspects of care.

Our Hiring Process

Step 1

All staff completes a screening process prior to being hired. This process includes an initial review of credentials and experience, phone screening, skills test, two positive business references, a background check, sex offender clearance, police report and an updated physical exam and TB test.

Step 2

Once the initial screening has been completed, an in person or video call is conducted.. Each candidate’s motivation, reliability, judgment, initiative, communication and interpersonal skills and professionalism are evaluated  All candidates must sucessfully pass step 2 to be considered for employment. 

Step 3

All staff are required to complete a home care training program. Additionally, our ongoing training curriculum focuses on developing a core foundation of knowledge related to optimal care. Our staff  have embraced our new online training tool Care Academy, a learning management system focused on helping Caregivers and Support Staff in learning new skills in real-life situations.
